ASIA 466 The History of Christianity in Asia

A survey of Christian proselytizing drives in South, Southeast, and East Asia, focusing on the period since 1500 and the reasons for successes (the Phillipines and Korea, for example) and failures (Japan). Credit will be granted for only one of ASIA 466 or 566.
