EOSC 420 Volcanology

Field and lab-based studies in volcanology concentrating on physical and chemical aspects of volcanic processes.

This is a 4th year capstone course. The lectures, labs, research projects, and field projects are mandatory. This course is restricted to students with equal or above 3rd year standing in Science, in the following specializations: MAJ GEOL, HON GEOL, MAJ EOSC, and equal or above 3rd year standing in Applied Science in GEO/ENG.

EOSC 321 is strongly recommended.
