NC programming and machining with interactive CAD/CAM systems. Curve and surface geometry for tool-path generation. Tool-path generation methodologies. Geometric modelling techniques for simulation and verification of manufacturing processes. Introduction to Computer-Aided Process Planning. Supplementary tutorial laboratory experiments.
