MECH 535 101 (Lecture)

Orthopaedic Biomechanics

Musculoskeletal anatomy. Static and dynamic analysis of the musculoskeletal system. Gait. Musculoskeletal tissue mechanics. Biomaterials. Advanced study of relevant problems in orthopaedics, including joint replacement, fracture fixation, and spinal disorders. Credit given for only one of MECH 435 and MECH 535.

This course is not eligible for Credit/D/Fail grading.
