Basic Persian I
Basic vocabulary and the fundamentals of modern Persian grammar, structure, and pronunciation, as well as reading, writing, listening, and speaking.

This course is designed to develop basic language skills, with basic vocabulary and grammatical constructions. Persian 100 for absolute beginners with no prior exposure to Persian language. Prerequisites: None (not open to students of Iranian heritage) All students are required to complete a placement interview to ensure that they are registered in the appropriate level. Students will be placed into the class based off our department priority guidelines.
