Fundamentals of policy analysis and program evaluation for a professional context. Standard tools of policy analysis, risk assessment, and evaluation to design policy interventions and implement monitoring and evaluation systems for effectiveness. Case studies for government, international organizations, and NGOs.

This course is not eligible for Credit/D/Fail grading.
