CRWR 311 Intermediate Writing for Lyric Forms

Techniques of and practice in writing for lyric forms, including song lyrics, lyrical narratives, and libretti. Manuscript submission is not required for admission.

All CRWR courses in Term 2 (January-April) will be held online. This particular course will consist of video lectures and online modules and students will be able to complete the course asynchronously. There will be some synchronous activities including special guests as well as a regular weekly meet-up for peer sharing, discussion, etc., however these synchronous activities will be optional and your grade will not be affected by attendance either way. Synchronous sessions will be recorded for students who are not able to attend in real time.
