ARTH 339 is organized into a series of five thematic units. Lectures will be delivered asynchronously (pre-recorded and uploaded to Canvas in advance of class time on Tuesdays and Thursdays). At the end of each unit, and in place of a recorded lecture, the instructor will hold optional synchronous drop-in/discussion sessions via Zoom for those of you who are able to attend class in real time. These will be opportunities for us to discuss readings, broader themes, and review course material. In advance of these synchronous sessions, you will have the option to post questions or topics for discussion on our Canvas Discussion Forum. Once our course page is up and running, I will also post a short introductory video that outlines this process in greater detail.
