CRWR 213 Introduction to Writing for the New Media

An exploration of and practice in writing for new media, including podcasting, blogging, and writing for websites, games, and online environments. Manuscript submission is not required for admission.

For this particular course, classes will include a combo of synchronous (live via Zoom) and asynchronous activities (such as watching recorded lectures, posting to discussion boards, and completing quizzes). Live discussions will be recorded and posted later online for students unable to make the appointed live timeslot. TA help will be available during specified hours through a virtual portal.
