CMPE_O 411 - Cloud Computing Security and Privacy

Cloud computing security challenges and solutions; cloud-specific attacks; detection, investigation, and mitigation of cloud attacks; security of virtual machines, containers, Kubernetes, and Software-Defined Networking (SDN)/Network Functions Virtualization (NFV). Credit will be granted for only one of CMPE_O 411 or CMPE_O 511. [3-0-0] Restricted to students in the Bachelor of Applied Science program or students in either Bachelor of Science Computer Science or Bachelor of Arts Computer Science with at least fourth-year standing.
