MGMT_O 424 - Enterprise Systems Management

Examines enterprise systems and its components including enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relations management (CRM), and supply chain management (SCM). Integration of enterprise-wide information systems and the managerial and technical issues in planning, designing, acquiring, implementing, and extending enterprise systems. Includes first-hand experience with a commercial ERP system software package. [3-0-0] Credit will be granted for only one of MGMT_O 424 or COMM_O 436. Prerequisite: MGMT_O 250. and third-year standing.
