Application of chemical, biological, and environmental science; engineering concepts; sustainable development and health and safety considerations; engineering economics; and life cycle analysis. Conceptual and detailed design for a multi-scale and complex environment health and protection problem. [2-0-4; 2-0-4]. Prerequisite: All of CHBE_V 244, CHBE_V 373, ENVE_V 301 and fourth-year standing in ENVL. Corequisites: CIVL_V 402, CIVL_V 416.
