MGMT_O 411 - Human Resources Management
Develops an understanding of the diverse areas in human resources management. Examines analysis, planning, staffing, performance evaluation, compensation, training and development, labor relations, employee safety, health, human resource management, and an understanding of cultural differences and its impact on the organization. [3-0-0] Credit will be granted for only one of MGMT_O 411 or COMM_O 203. Prerequisite: MGMT_O 230. and third-year standing.
