INDG_O 302 - Indigenous Governance
Critically examines various traditional Indigenous governance models and the Indigenous response to European attempts to establish political control. Issues such as land ownership, sovereignty, justice, treaty making, and the roles of women in Indigenous governance will be explored. [3-0-0] Prerequisite: One of INDG 100, INDG 102.
