MGMT_O 437 - Intermediate Finance

Introduction to theories and methods of corporate finance policy used by senior managers and the board of directors to direct the financial operations and strategy of the firm. Policies examined include financial structure, dividend policy, mergers and acquisitions, and risk management. [3-0-0] Credit will be granted for only one of MGMT_O 437 or COMM_O 370. Prerequisite: MGMT_O 310 and third-year standing.
