Lecture course examining established and critical theories of Development, and the ways that these link to larger issues and practices in international politics. Credit will be granted for only one of POLI 464-H or POLI 386 when the subject matter is of the same nature.[3-0-0] Pre-requisites: POLI 221 or POLI 270.
